i made a 7'5" nba 2k11 center and he got drafted to the trailblazers after playing for 8 games i dont like the team and want to go elsewhere. the question is where should i go. i want to go to a team that has some talent( not ballhogs) but a bad center so i will easily be able to replace him as started and improve the team

I've having trouble choosing a major for a future career. Any help please?

I was wondering if anyone can please advise me on what I should major in to receive an occupation after university. I seem to be great at math and hard sciences as I appeared to learn the fastest in my class and get the highest grades. I'm NOT trying to say I'm smart; I actually feel I have to constantly prove myself. I'm just trying to give an honest account of what I seem to thrive in. Considering I earned straight As, I suppose I end up being great at anything I know I have to earn a grade for, but my favorite subjects were always the hard sciences. What bothers me is even though I like hard sciences and am good at math when I have to take it, I'm sure there's many many subjects I didn't try that I could really enjoy that I don't know exist yet. Even though I never took physics, I enjoyed the show "Through The Wormhole" with Morgan Freeman and I like Astronomy as well. On the other hand, I'm also deeply interested in politics. The problem with that is I cannot do any public speaking as I'm a stutterer whose stutter becomes immensely worse if I have to prepare a speech and speak in front of people. I am inspired by libertarians like Ron Paul and Peter Schiff, which led me to the Austrian school of economics. I've visited the Mises website and to my dismay, there is no degree to earn with the courses available. I would love to study finance, accounting, and/or economics, but it would have to revolve around that school of thought as opposed to Keynesian. On top of that, I enjoy reading about new forms of renewable energy. As you can see, I have many interests and I just feel very overwhelmed about choosing a major, double major, or even a minor. Could anyone give me some advise? I'd really appreciate it! (I reside in the US)

Your mind does really weird things. Sometimes, you can have the strangest dreams without even watching horror movies. But I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Shopping cart logic ideal solution?

I am designing a shopping when this question struck me: If a shopper adds the max quantity of a certain item in my cart and doesn't commit the purchase, should other shoppers able to "snatch" it off her cart? What if the original shopper decides to make the purchase moments later just to find out that everything is gone in the cart but if the items are locked to the original shopper and he/she does not commit the items forever, no one else can buy them.

Ok so I posted a a post about 7 hours ago about my cat Ami hissing and growling at my other cat Lucky. Lucky had gotten out 2 days ago and didn't comeback till the next day. Ever since then my cat Ami has been hissing and growling at her. Well now, Ami just swatted violently at Lucky. Luckily I was there and snatched Lucky away right before Ami got to her. But she is starting to get angrier and angrier. I don't know what to do. I was holding Ami and petting her and scratching her tummy and she just started growling and she kept trying to bite me. With the team they have right now I would have to say no. The Western Conference is just so stacked, they will probably need a .500+ record to have any shot. I don't think management is done making roster moves, so that could definitely change. I don't see the Warriors trading for Gay or Howard. The Columbian drug cartels pretty much ran the country and it took over 10 years to get rid of them. Who is your favorite NBA player and why?

My favorite will be Michael Redd. He was a 43rd pick and managed to work his way up to be the best player out of that year 2000 draft. His rookie year he didn't really get to play much and all his hard work and ethics went on getting him into the all star game, redeem team, and also one of the best pure shooter ever. I've been deadlifting seriously for 2 years now. I started my freshmen year, I was about 130 pounds max dead around 300 when I started ( I did back exercises before this just never deadlifting or any type of deadlifting) I got 375 quickly and reached a platue. I did a lot of research and altered my workout and got to 425 its been about 8 months and I got 480 last week, and 500 on Monday. I want to get to 700. I feel like that's a strong deadlift. I'm 174 pounds and my question is! What kind of workout for I do? I hear two deadlift workouts a week can work? A speed day and a heavy day. Right now I go in the gym put 10 pounds over what I did last week (next week it will be 510, I keep settin a new max every week) and pull it once then do 3 sets on sumo's and three sets of snatch witgh 405. what else? What can be changed?

One word: memorable. Yes a first date can go smooth and everything can go as you planned it to, but what's the fun in that. So maybe try a stronger bit, and when she does that, seesaw. If she doesn't stop with a gentle seesaw, get harder until she figures out "Oh, if I chomp my bit, it'll cause pain, so I won't do it anymore." I have a little paint mare. She's just barely 15 hands and a bit stubby and stock, yet she is somehow one of the fastest horses at my barn. She manages to keep up with a huge 18.1 draft/tb cross trotting, cantering, or galloping. She also can jump well over 3 feet. What is it about smaller horses that make them so powerful? I'm attempting to be a writer too, but I don't see what the big problem is about showing off your work before it's done. Personally, I think it's better to show your work off because you get feedback and it makes your story better. But if you don't like doing that, then just talk to your friends. I would expand on descriptions more, or have more dialog. I prefer to read dialog, but without the descriptions the book is nothing. It really just depends on what the idea is about. If it's in first person, write down the person's point of view on the subject. You just need to add more.

Is it me or is that I barely see shortage of black men on tv nowadays especially on primetime tv. We all remember when the WB had numerous sitcoms featuring blacks shows like the wayans bros. the parent hood and all about the andersons. Should I major in engineering, physics, or architecture?

Hi. I'm currently a junior in high school. I've been debating back and forth on what I should major in. For years, I've been particularly interested in architecture. I love drawing plans as well as using the computer to do so. I am a reasonably good, creative artist and am also good at math and science. However, the past year, I've been extremely interested in astronomy and cosmology and physics. I've always had an interest in astronomy, but have not until recently considered it as a major. That being said, I also like aeronautical and astronautical engineering for the fact that I could design spacecraft to further explore the things I observe and study. I love studying physics. I find it truly fascinating. My interest in physics began when watching movies such as Back to the Future (time travel), Contact (Wormholes), and the recent Star Trek movie. Horse breeds in Arizona?

Arabians would do well in the heat as they originate from the desert originally. Because of their mass, I'm not sure how well a draft horse would do. Thoroughobred horses are also very hot blooded and would overheat quickly. Obviously if your friend has the resources, ie: air conditioned stable, she could have any type of horse she wanted. Okay so I am pretty darn mad right now !! Ok so at about 5 or 6 today, I went shopping at publix to get some quick groceries when I was in the frozen foods section and I had a perfect view of the lane right in front. There was the adorable six year old girl, who I later found out was named Caroline and her mother who seemed pretty full of herself checking out. Well, Caroline asked her mom if she could get a fish. So her mom said no and walked away. Caroline was upset and sat down on the ground right where she was and to my surprise the cashier and everyone behind hem just kept moving and didn't regard the child at all !! I'm like WTHeck ?!? So I left for like two minutes to get a cart and set some juice and came back to check on the child, and she was still there. So now it's been about 5 min since the whole incident happened. Well I went up to the child and introduced myself and showed her my daughter's pictures and tried to make her fell safe. So i took her and talked with her and we stood by the door. And waited a FULL ten. Minutes before her mother came back with a latte and a yogurt !! Then she came Up to me, GARED at me and snatched the choked away from my hand ! I was just completely appalled by this mother's actions and I just can't get over this. My husband thinks she's some crazy lunatic and doesn't need a child. I feel really bad for Caroline. It is illegal in the US to not sign up for the selective service (if you are male). It isn't putting your life in danger as it is simply making sure that if there is ever a draft again, it will be fair. Just because you don't sign up for the SS now, doesn't mean you won't receive a letter asking why you didn't and requiring that you do. If you ever need any sort of government assistance, you can be turned away if you are not registered. To get federal loans, you must fill out the FAFSA and to do that, you must be registered with the SS. It's not a big deal as most likely there will not be a draft. If there is a draft, you will most likely not be drafted. If you are a full-time college student during the draft, you will not have to join the armed forces. Hope that helps.

I have one sick 6 week old chick.?

Back problems dont know what it is?

I have been having this pain in the left side of my back by where the ribs are for about 2 months and it hasn't gone away. It only happens when I run or jump I could lift weights (except for snatch because I have to jump I still do it but it hurts when I land on my feet) I first got it when we were doing powerjumps like if it was a layup in basketball after that exercise my back felt like it was cramping badly then it went away. The second time playing basketball I was goin for a block and when I landed my feet on the floor I got the cramp badly I had to lay down on the floor for like 10 minutes, but now I haven't gotten the cramp lately for about a month but everytime I jump or run. I just bought a 6 yr old Percheron/TB cross. He was just broken about a year ago. When I went to try him he was great w/t/c on lounge line, walk trot under saddle no problem. he has been at my place now a week and when I rode him the other day he would not go forward. He planted his feet and pinned his ears. I used the crop on him and he bucked. Not really sure what the problem is? I am pretty certain his saddle fits fine and I am using a full cheek snaffle bit. Could a temporal causality loop have created the big bang?

A temporal causality loop is when point a affects point b, which affects point c, which in turn affects point c. Without point a, point c couldn't exist, and without point c, neither could point a. What would happen if two sonic booms merge?

How would star's appear to you while looking out the windows of a spacecraft traveling at the speed of light?

Lets say you are living in the future. You are on a spacecraft bound for a star that is 50 Light Years away that is about to accelerate to the speed of light (Yes, I know that in reality nothing with mass can move at Light Speed). If you were in the cockpit looking forward out the window. Would the star's ahead of you appear to stretch across the horizon while moving close or at the speed of light (Like in Star Wars)? Or how would the stars appear? Now let's say that the same spacecraft that you are traveling in is about to accelerate to a speed faster than the speed of light. How would the stars on the horizon appear? The spacecraft is Not going through hyperspace or a wormhole. It is just super cruising to its destination. Please don't even mention the long duration or dangers of interstellar travel. I'm a college student and a 3D mouse is expensive and hard to justify right now, but I could swing money for a joystick. While I was outside..I live in SC. I witnessed a mocking bird try to snatch eggs out of a little nest on my porch.. I scared it off but it dropped two eggs into my bushes..they never hit the ground and they were still warm...I try to put them pack in the nest but the Mama started attacking me..I brought them and went to Petsmart got a lil tank and a light to keep them warm... I don't know what kind they r but they are tiny (cream colored with brown spots all over) ...any suggestions? I want to say the mama laid the eggs like 3wks ago... any advice will help me!
