How does the universe bend?

well i just got into the universe galaxy stuff and its hurts my brain. no joke, my head is really hurtiing. and apparently the universe is constantly expanding, and we dont know what it is expanding into...like...what on the OUTSIDE of the whole universe. and according to einstein or some sceientist (idk how to spell) you can bend space and create a wormhole. so i though you could bend the universe to reach to edge out the universe and see whats outside. possibly a parrelel universe?? anyway i want to know how wormholes and such are created. no stupid answers pleeeaaaase.
