Another toddler dies. Is it time social services was shut down?

All the money saved could easily sort out our economy here in britain. The problem is humans cannot play god. One wrong decision and a family is destroyed. Sadly children get snatched when there is nothing wrong and the truly at risk end up dead. Our grandparents got along fine without social services and I suspect life was better without government controlling lives through threats and fear.
