Good bits for a horse who chomps like a nutter lol?

My horse used to like to jerk the reins out of my hands, but I got a little bit stronger bit and when she does that, I seesaw in her mouth and she's gotten to where she doesn't so it anymore. So maybe try a stronger bit, and when she does that, seesaw. If she doesn't stop with a gentle seesaw, get harder until she figures out "Oh, if I chomp my bit, it'll cause pain, so I won't do it anymore." Of course, you don't want to do it so hard you hurt her mouth, just hard enough for her to feel it, and then you'll probably be able to go back to your old bit. ;)
