Interstellar travel possible?

Alright if your going to say no, then leave this is for big geeky's only. Einstein says it is physically impossible for anything to accelerate to the speed of light, but through my studies of ufo's I've noticed that they don't seem to have any effects of actual acceleration; when they come out of water there is no major displacement, they can zoom at speeds much greater than hypersonic without the sonic boom, not to mention the serious g's that this time of acceleration would put on our bodies, and the extreme lack of evidence to support the wormhole theory. I believe something along the lines of a microteleporting device, which teleports you trillions of times every millisecond, each time to a containable amount of nanometers. Using this technique, it would be possible to literally travel throughout space without the use of velocity or acceleration, but by quantam physics allowing you to blow past and accelerating and top speed limits simply by standing still (in theory) Anybodys take on this?
