Does anyone remember the name of this t.v. show?

I remember watching it maybe 5 years ago on Discovery Kids. It was a series about a high school that experienced weird things, like wormholes! There were actually quite a few about wormholes.... Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I really want to know the name of this series.
